We had our short catch up today for those that could make it.
Things are shaping up nicely - we have secured our two first keynotes - Katarina Gårdfeld from the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat and our ESA Astronaut Trainer. We are still waiting for a reply from the other two. With two secured already, we are doing better than we usually do at this time of year.
We also have a number of proposed session descriptions in the wiki and please to keep on adding. If you have ideas for potential speakers in a session, feel free to drop the names too. The plan is to wait reaching out people in the sessions until after our Feb programme committee meeting, but the more we have in the wiki, the better.
We will to a second VC for those who can on January 13, just to check up on progress. Susanne will send out an invitation later today.
